Ingredients
- 100ml Better Hydration
- 1 finely grated carrot
- 4 scoops (from your better hydration pouch) oat flour
You’re aiming for a thick, spoonable batter (thicker than pancake batter, thinner than dough).
Method
- Preheat oven to 165°C (fan 155°C)
- Mix Better Hydration and grated carrot
- Stir in oat flour gradually until thick batter forms
- Fill your moulds
- Bake
- Softer centre: 15–18 minutes
- Fully set but tender: 20–21 minutes
- Drier / training-bite style: 22 minutes
- Remove moulds from oven and let cool for 10 minutes
- Pop treats out and store in an airtight container in the fridge for 4–5 days or in the freezer for up to 8 weeks
