Ingredients
1 scoop Better Hydration
1 cup (120g)oat flour
1 banana
1 egg
1–2 tbsp water (as needed for dough consistency)
Makes: ~24 small biscuits (varies by shape/size)

Instructions
Prep: Preheat oven to 150 °C / 300 °F . Line a baking tray with parchment.
Mix base: In a bowl, combine oat flour and Better Hydration until evenly mixed.
Add wet: Stir in the Banana and egg.

If too dry → add water 1 tsp at a time.

If too sticky → add a little extra flour.
Shape: Roll dough to 1 cm thickness and cut into biscuits,
OR roll into small balls and flatten with your hand.
Bake: Place on the tray and bake 20–25 minutes, until firm and lightly golden.
Cool & store: Cool fully. Store in an airtight container for 3–5 days, or freeze up to 2 months.
